POSITION SUMMARY: 
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client-side internet development
- Application development and integration of end-user digital products
- Responsible for analyzing assigned tasks, providing accurate work estimates, and managing own time to keep development on schedule
- Code and system documentation
- Partner with the business on product development and user interface design
SKILL REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
JOB SKILLS:
- Subject-matter expert in client-side internet technologies – page development, JSP, JavaScript and JavaScript-related technologies, AJAX and JSON, XML, XSL, XSLT, Flash, ActionScript, HTML, DHTML, DOM. Recent experience with jQuery highly desirable. Backend software development experience also very desirable, though not required.
- Strong overall technical skills
- Creative problem solving ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment and be adaptable to the demands of all levels and types of production duties
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable of understanding business objectives and able to translate business goals into technical design
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years experience in interactive web development
- Successful track record of internet development projects
EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
