Responsibilities include

Evaluate, write, edit, test and optimize help content

Collaborate with User Ops groups across the globe to iterate on and promptly implement content suggestions

Collaborate with Support/SI Engineering, Content Strategy, PR, Product Marketing, Legal and Public Policy to ensure content abides by Facebook’s various standards

Improve user satisfaction with help content

BA/BS degree
